His key expertise includes cross-border transactions, investment structuring (inbound and outbound), corporate restructuring, tax/ business model optimisation, tax compliance, and dispute resolution.
He has authored various articles and expressed views on tax and regulatory developments featuring in technical publications and print/ digital media. Has been a regular speaker/panellist on tax topics at several industry forums as well such as CII, FICCI, SIRC, and WIRC He was appointed to the National Committee on Media & Entertainment of the Confederation of Indian Industry (2015-19). He has regularly contributed by way of advocacy initiatives to the Government.
