Pratik is a Director with the Valuations practice. He has over 12 years of professional experience working in the Valuation space. Pratik has undertaken Valuations for the purpose of transactions, fundraising, strategic decisions, mergers and corporate restructurings.
He also has experience in the valuation of intangibles like brands, patents and customer relationships; valuation for reporting purposes like purchase price allocations (under IFRS and USGAAP) and portfolio valuations (using IPEVC Guidelines).
Prior to joining BDO, Pratik has worked with large accounting firms in their valuation practice.
He has experience working in key sectors including Automotive, IT and ITeS (incl. E-Commerce); Manufacturing; Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, Financial Services (including NBFC and microfinance), Travel Services, Luxury Products, Energy and Power, etc.
