Additionally, his experience covers advising clients on several direct tax and cross-border tax matters as well
His role also covers catering to M&A transactions in upcoming markets like Gujrat and Pune. Prior to joining BDO, he has worked with various larger accounting firms across industry verticals like Real Estate, Healthcare and Pharma, Information Technology, Media and Entertainment.
He has advised clients on buy-side / sell-side transactions, end-to-end restructurings, deal structuring (including negotiating), global restructuring, international holding company structures, fund structuring, AIF VCF tax advisory, ESOP advisory, etc.
On the implementation front, he has implemented several re-organisations for clients covering mergers, demergers, slump sales, assets acquisitions, trust structure.
His gamut of experience covers helping client’s structure and set up operations in India as well as outside India, Mitigating Tax Risks (PE risks), ETR Optimisation, Contract Restructuring, Representing before Tax Authorities in Litigating tax related issues/positions adopted
