He has been leading multi state compliance assignments for clients in Telecom, Pharma, Auto, IT, etc. He has also been the tax technology lead for BDO India and has developed and implemented various tax tech solutions in large companies
He has assisted clients in obtaining various benefits under the Foreign Trade Policy as well as customs matters like anti-dumping duty related litigations. He has regularly represented clients before various department authorities and appellate tribunals for tax assessments, appeals and other related litigation
He has advised clients on GST impact assessments and implementation from both an IDT as well as IT perspective and has advised clients on GST advocacy with the policymakers. He is a regular speaker at various tax forums including CII and various other business chambers
