Accounts Manager Responsibilities:

  • Handling accounts team for day-to-day accounting activities
  • Monthly closure of books as per predefined timelines covering month      end procedures.
  • Preparation of financial statements on monthly basis and getting Limited review done every quarter. Preparation of Annual Financial Statements along with notes to accounts
  • Monthly MIS/PPT, Variance analysis
  • Formulate and adhere to best accounting policies and procedures and internal financial controls
  • Testing of IFCs and preparing management report along with samples
  • Reconciliation of vendor balance, Reconciliation of Inter Company balances.
  • Responsible for timely completion of Internal & statutory audits for all group companies.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams

Required Skills

  • Chartered Accountant with 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Experience in developing financial reports and metrics.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities
