Skills Required
- Masters' degree (Management and Finance would be preferred)
- Forensic/Investigative research experience of 3-4 years with thorough knowledge of Indian as well as global research sources
- Experience of reviewing and conducting Market Intelligence assignments
- Experience of reviewing and conducting Integrity Due Diligence assignments
Responsibilities
- Conducting desktop-based research using a variety of online sources across different jurisdictions/countries. Candidate should be versed with sources such as commercial registries, corporate databases, legal databases and media sources of multiple jurisdictions.
- Conducting research in English as well as in local languages (using Translator tools) of respective jurisdictions/countries using a variety of online sources such as commercial registries, stock exchanges, corporate databases.
- Responsible for reviewing and drafting high quality reports within stringent timelines
- Extending support to performance manager to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Supporting performance manager in day to day delivery as well as project management tasks
- Coaching and guiding junior analysts in the team
Requirements:
- Experienced in conducting key word based open source research using applicable operators on different platforms such as Google/Bing/Factiva/EMIS/Nexis etc.
- Experienced in providing support and in guiding juniors/peers on research and report writing
- Excellent language (English) skills (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail, excellent research, analytical and report writing skills
