Qualifications
|
Post-graduate from reputed institute, preferably public health, health management (healthcare, social/ sustainability or otherwise), with graduation in science, economics or medical. MBBS/MPH candidates will get preference. Some background on climate change and environmental sustainability topics will be added advantage.

Experience & proficiencies
|
Post-graduate with 8-10 years of prior experience in the field of health care/ Public health. Consulting experience in a consulting firm will have added advantage.
Superior proficiency is Word, PowerPoint and Excel is mandatory. Familiarity with advanced level analytical tools will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills including oral and written skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team. Efficient Execution of projects and guiding and motivating a team is the absolute need for this position.
Flexibility to handle multiple engagements simultaneously, which is one of the key requirements of consulting.
