Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with data sources, reports, and dashboards
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Test and validate all dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy
- Develop custom visuals and extensions for Power BI as needed
- Optimize performance of Power BI reports and dashboards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices
- Mentor junior team members as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power BI stack
- Expertise in data visualization concepts and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and other ETL tools
- Experience with DAX and M formulas
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
