After the overwhelming mandate for the second term of the Modi Government, all eyes were on the Union Budget, 2019 and big bang reforms. Several macro-economic and development focused announcements were made by the Honorable Finance Minister to boost the India growth story.
One of the primary focus areas was on “Start-ups”. The Modi Government has always considered Start-ups as the epitome of innovation and the linchpin for future growth. The macro-economic announcements, incentives and reliefs focused on Start-ups in this budget exemplifies the above.
