Jagannath is a Partner with the Deal Advisory Services practice with a focus on Financial Due Diligence. He operates out of the New Delhi NCR office and has extensive experience in the provision of transaction support advisory services with a focus on Due Diligence reviews covering buy-side and sell-side / vendor-initiated engagements.
Prior to joining BDO in India, he worked with three of the larger accounting firms as part of their M&A Transaction Advisory - Financial Due Diligence Practice. He has led and managed Due Diligence reviews across industries with a focus on Real Estate and Real Estate Services, Renewable Energy, Consumer Business, Hospitality, Industrials and Services. He has led M&A engagements of deal values ranging from USD 5mn to USD 3bn.
He has advised both strategic investors and private equity funds both domestically and globally across geographies covering India, the USA, Japan, Spain, France, Singapore, and the UK.
